Mileage, options, equipment, condition, price, availability, and other details should be verified before purchase. Website listings do not replace the final purchase agreement, Buyers Guide, required disclosures, or other transaction documents.

AS-IS Sales, Buyers Guides & Warranties
Used vehicles may be offered AS IS — NO DEALER WARRANTY when permitted and when disclosed in the applicable FTC Buyers Guide and sale documents. The Buyers Guide for the specific vehicle controls whether the vehicle is offered AS IS or with a warranty. Any written warranty or service contract is governed by its own terms and applicable law. A service contract is not the same as a dealer warranty. Purchasing a service contract from the dealer within 90 days may give you additional implied-warranty rights; an AS-IS statement does not override rights that cannot legally be waived.
Independent Inspections
UCARDEALER welcomes independent pre-purchase inspections. Buyers may arrange for a qualified independent mechanic or inspection provider to evaluate a vehicle before completing the purchase, subject to reasonable scheduling and access arrangements.
Pickup & Transportation
Vehicle viewing and pickup are by appointment. Contact UCARDEALER before making travel or transportation arrangements. For a delivery request, ask us to confirm whether transportation can be arranged for the specific vehicle and destination, and request a written quote. No standard shipping rate or delivery deadline is stated on this website; any transportation price and timing must be agreed separately.
California Cancellation Rights
Cancellation rights depend on the transaction date, vehicle, and applicable law. For qualifying purchases before October 1, 2026, California requires dealers to offer a contract cancellation option. Beginning October 1, 2026, California’s CARS Act provides a three-day right to cancel qualifying retail purchases or leases of used vehicles priced at $50,000 or less, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions, including a 400-mile limit. This is not an unlimited return policy.

Information we receive. Our forms collect the name, contact details, vehicle preferences, budget, and message you choose to provide. Hosting, database, and security providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and error logs to operate and protect the website.
How it is used and handled. We use form information to respond to your inquiry, discuss the requested service, maintain business records, and prevent abuse. Providers supporting website hosting, database storage, email delivery, and business email process information for these purposes. Our website currently uses Vercel, Supabase, and Resend. Messages can also be stored in business email, records, and backups. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Financing requests. These forms are inquiries, not credit applications. Do not submit Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank details, payment-card information, or identity documents here. A separate credit application and its applicable notices and authorizations will be provided for lender review.
Saved-search email alerts. If you choose to subscribe, we store your email, selected vehicle filters, language and consent records to send new matching vehicles after you confirm your address. Alerts are optional and separate from vehicle inquiries. You can unsubscribe from all vehicle alerts using any alert email. We keep a record of opt-outs, bounced addresses and spam complaints to prevent unwanted email.
Your language preference is saved in this browser. You can change it with EN / ES or clear this website’s browser data to reset it.
Browser storage and third-party content. Your inspection basket stores selected vehicle identifiers in your browser so you can return to your selection. Removing the vehicles, submitting the request successfully, or clearing this website’s browser data clears the saved selection. Contact details entered in the inspection form are not saved in browser storage. Administrator sign-in uses browser storage to maintain a session. Auction photographs may load from Manheim’s image network. The website loads a software library from jsDelivr and embeds Google Maps; those providers may receive browser and network information when their content loads. Third-party content and sites you visit through external links operate under their own privacy policies and may collect information across websites. Access, corrections, and retention. Contact us using the details above to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify your identity. Records may be retained as needed to handle your request, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain backups; some records may not be immediately removable.
